Adult Programs
The HERD Collective
*Contact us to set up a time for your group!
The HERD Collective is a reflective group experience where adults explore personal growth, boundaries, and collaboration through herd-based equine learning. Whether you're part of a parenting circle, women’s group, or adult learning cohort, this class uses guided horse interactions to explore how we communicate, lead, and respond under pressure. Ground-based exercises are paired with thoughtful facilitation to support authentic insight and real-world application.
HERDworks

HERDworks is a professional development experience designed to help teams improve communication, problem solving, and collaboration through equine-guided exercises. With no riding involved, participants will work through challenges using nonverbal cues, shared tasks, and reflection—mirroring how horses communicate and thrive as a herd. Sessions can be customized for your organization’s goals and include takeaways that translate directly into workplace and team environments.
